With all the news about autism and lead poisoning, the paranoid mother in me gets worried when I see her making weird faces or doing funny gestures. We were sitting on the couch tonight eating popcorn when I noticed she she kept putting her hand to her mouth and moving her lips. I panicked and asked Erick why she kept doing that not realizing that she was actually copying us eating popcorn. She was going through the motions of eating but without any popcorn in hand. Once relief set in, it was so funny to watch:
