As a continuation of Father's Day, we were able to go to the movies to finally see Pirates of the Carribean. One of the few things we miss before we had a child was going to the movies. We were avid movie goers. We used to always try to see a movie on opening night. Now we're lucky if we can catch it before it goes on video. We got brave and decided to bring Isa with us. She's not as fussy as she used to be and we thought maybe bringing her on a matinee without a crowd would make it more tolerable for her. She did fine for the first hour and was even taking a nap. Her father, however, could not resist kissing her on the hand while she was sleeping. Sure enough, she woke up. She started talking back to the big screen then started to whine. We ended up watching the movie from the entrance. Oh well, the movie wasn't that great anyways. I still think the first Pirates was the best one.
